Swimming Pool with a Sunken Bar and a Open Fast food eatery, Permit
Room, Health Club with Steam room, Sauna, Jacuzzi, and Massage facility,
Indoor recreation like Table Tennis, Carrom, and Badminton in the
outdoor and newly added A.C. Pool Parlour and Discotheque, In-house
Laundry and bakery and a full capacity stand by Generator to avoid
power failures etc. and last but not the least, one of the few Resorts
at Matheran with 100% Air Conditioned Cottages with 80% of them
with a pool view, every well appointed room with all the modern
amenities like CCTV, Telephone, Running Hot & Cold water in
bathrooms, plush interiors and a personal sit-out balcony.
SOUL CLUB
Our Health Club has a Steam room, a Sauna room, two hot water Jacuzzi,
and Massage facility and these facilities can be availed by the
guests as per the timings specified separately for Ladies and Gents.
DISCOTHEQUE : “THE RAINFOREST”
This theme discotheque has been made keeping the lush green Jungles
of Matheran in mind and equipped with state of art sound and light
effects with a professional DJ to spin the music of your choice.
INDOOR - OUTDOOR RECREATION
Our Indoor recreation has facilities like, Table Tennis, Carrom
Boards, and a fully air-conditioned Pool Parlour with two Imported
Pool Tables. As for Outdoor recreation we have a Children Play Park
with Badminton and Volleyball area.
OTHER FEATURES
Our resort is equipped with a full capacity stand by Power Generator
to avoid any kind of power failure, a full fledged In house Laundry
to keep the linen and the furnishings clean and crisp, and also
an In house Bakery which bakes different varieties of pure veg cakes,
breads and cookies for our guests.
And last but not the least our professional and efficient services
that are available round the clock for our guests.
Super Deluxe
This family unit consists of a twin bed and a sofa-cum-bed with attached
bathroom, and also equipped with CCTV, Telephone, etc. It can comfortably
accommodate up to 4-person i.e. (2 adults and 2 children aged 12 yr.)
Ascot Suite
Interconnected unit consists of one Master Bedroom and one living
cum bedroom. Both rooms having attached bathrooms and is equipped
with CCTV, Telephone, etc. and it can comfortably accommodate maximum
up to 6 persons. i.e. (4 adults and 2 children).
Ascot Villa
This Big size cottage is compilation of two Master Bedrooms and
a living room. Both the bedrooms are attached with independent bathrooms.
It is also equipped with CCTV, Telephone, etc. and it can accommodate
maximum upto 8 persons, i.e. (6 adults and 2 children) and of course
having a individual sit out with pool view.
Deluxe
This cozy unit consists of a twin bed and with an attached bathroom
it can accommodate 2 persons with an child below 9 yrs and it is
also equipped with CCTV, Telephone, etc
Note : Except Deluxe Room all other category of cottages are on
poolside facing.

for Dlx./Sdlx. and Rs. 500/= for Suite/ Villa for per nights.
* Person 2 years to 9 years charged as child. Upto 2 years, Lodging
only is free.
* Attendants/Drivers will be charged at the Child rate.
* Check -in time 11.00 A.M. & Check-out time 9.00 A.M.
* We serve PURE VEG. & JAIN MEALS.
* Swimming pool is free for residents. H/Club etc. charged extra.
* No retention charges if reservation cancelled minimum 7 days prior
to Arrival, Deposit to be utilized within 3
months. One day retention in case of refunds.
* One day retention charges for all cancellation between 7 - 3 days
prior to Arrival.
* Deposit will be forfeited for all cancellation done less than
3 days prior to Arrival.
* Full payment in advance while booking. We honour all major credit
cards.
